The intention of Papel & co.'s Gratitude journal is to invite awareness and mindfulness in our lives on a daily basis.
By simply giving thanks we honor and celebrate life which in turn inspires us to welcome a more loving way of being.
A few minutes of simple journaling a day can bring you to a state of presence and connection that allows you to observe and appreciate life greatly.
This simple approach will help you develop more love and connection with yourself and others.
Keep it simple, do it daily.
Take 5 minutes in the morning~ to check in with yourself and bring to your awareness those little or big things you are grateful for. Then, set an intention for the energy you want to bring with you during the day. Some days I need to invite patience, flexibility, creativity and then I like to get clear as to why I need that, how is that going to help me to show up better to the world?

Take 2 minutes at night~ to create a memory of those things that made you happy during the day. Sometimes it's the little things that have the most impact and information about what we enjoy in life.
